OBJECTIVE
The main objective of our Customer Charter is to increase the quality of the consulting services and trainings we provide. This document does not create rights and impose obligations. It is intended though to present to our customers the resources and capabilities of our organisation and to give overview on the types of services we offer.
The objectives we set in this Charter include:
- To improve the access to our services through provision of detailed information on the way we execute the particular consulting service;
- To maintain high quality of the provided services and to guarantee our staff's positive attitude and willingness to assist you with care;
- To encourage your feedback on the services we offer.

- Trainings on these quality management standards and application of the respective legal provisions in the company's business activities;

- One of our collaborators will contact you to give you more information on the specific service and advise you on our terms and prices;
- We will reach an agreement on the specific conditions and we will offer you a contract for the implementation of the service;
- In the course of our work together we always keep to the agreed terms and conditions, ethical principles and confidentiality.
